For all bookings we require guest information a valid Credit card and ID at the time of booking. The guest has 24 hrs to cancel the reservation without charge. After 24 hours, we will collect the 50% non-refundable required reservation deposit to guarantee the reservation and we collect final payment 30 days prior arrival date. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp for payment instructions if apply and information about your stay. Seven days prior check-in date you will receive an email from Duve a contactless online check-in service for documents that we required for check-in.
High Season Dates
November 1st - December 19th, January 10th - April 30th, June, July

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans can change, so please consider the following cancellation policies.
After Booking you have 24 hours to cancel free of charge.
All reservations require a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit payment at the time of
booking to secure the Villa and the remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior reservation date.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the arrival date the 100% payment is non-refundable.
We will do our best to accommodate your stay at another time.
(rates can change depending Season or change in rates)
No refund or credit will be given for days not used, late arrivals, early departures or no show.
We understand plans can change, our recommendation is to purchase a travel insurance.

Common Areas
All Common Areas are Shared with other Guests, Communal Kitchen, Pool and Rest areas.
We ask our guests to please use the Kitchen and leave it clean for the next Guests.
Beach
Playa Grande Beach is 3 minutes away car ride and about 15 minutes walk from Villas Kalei, we recommend to rent rent a car if you like to explore or visit nearby towns. If you like to walk you don’t need a car, just keep in mind there is no sidewalks in Playa Grande. There is restaurants, gym, surf shops for beach equipment and bicycle rental walking distance.
